We are all Independent Beauty Consultants from the former Winner’s Circle unit. We are real-life women. Some of us have college degrees, and some of us don’t. Some of us work full-time, some of us are stay-at-home moms. We hope, dream, work, play, exceed our own expectations, at times stumble, but get up to do it all over again.

We are dedicated to working our businesses with the integrity passed down directly from Mary Kay Ash to the founding NSD’s to Sales Directors to the newest Consultants listening to their first training CD. The beauty of being a Consultant is the diversity of our units and individual situations. Thanks to Robin Blackmon-Dunda, and the heritage she enthusiastically promoted, we have one common bond which gives us an instant sisterhood into a powerfully positive alliance.
